Prof. Agrawal has been also actively volunteering as a country director with the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association based in New York, USA, to promote reforms and drive growth in the quality standards of higher education. He is a founding trustee of #Sphoorti, a non-profit organization that cares for underprivileged children in Hyderabad, India.
Prof. Agrawal has also worked with a prominent multinational market research firm and a national media research firm after completing his PhD in Management.
